Privacy Policy
Effective September 8, 2026
Who we are
Sungate Studio LLC is a software company registered in Wyoming, United States. It builds and operates SaaS products, each published under its own brand. This policy covers this website and explains how the policies of those separate products relate to it.
For any question about this policy or about your data, write to hello@sungatestudio.com.
This website
This website sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and uses no tracking or advertising scripts. It does not build a profile of you, and we do not sell or share your data with third parties.
The site is a set of static pages hosted by Vercel Inc. Vercel keeps standard server logs for security and operational reasons. Those logs may contain your IP address, the pages requested, the time of the request, and your browser user agent. Domain resolution and network protection for the domain are provided by Cloudflare, Inc., which processes request metadata for the same reasons. We do not use these logs to identify individual visitors.
Messages sent to hello@sungatestudio.com are routed to our mailbox through Cloudflare Email Routing and stored there. We keep the content of your message, your email address, and anything else you choose to include, for as long as needed to answer you and to keep a record of the exchange. We use it only to reply to you.
Applications
Sungate Studio LLC owns software applications in different fields, each published under its own brand. Each application has its own privacy policy at its own domain, and that policy governs the data the application collects. This policy does not replace it.
No applications are published under a separate brand yet. When one launches, it is listed here with its name, its domain, and the platform permissions it uses.
Your requests and deletion
You can ask us what personal data we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to hello@sungatestudio.com and we will answer within 30 days. If your request concerns a specific application, name it in the message so we can route it to the right records.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the new version replaces this page and the effective date above is updated. Material changes are described in the new version.
